🔄 Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or faulty
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product doesn’t match the description
  • Your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition you received them

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. For change‑of‑mind situations, we’re happy to offer:

  • Store credit, or
  • Exchange

Return shipping costs for change‑of‑mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.

  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • A photo or video (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 24 hours, including weekends.

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • We’ll notify you as soon as your refund has been processed

📦 Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost
  • Or issue a full refund
  • Or offer store credit — whichever you prefer

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

🚫 Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. If this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
