All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within:
- Australia: 5–12 business days
- New Zealand: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
If tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, don’t worry — this can happen during carrier handovers. You’re always welcome to reach out if you need help.
